Although strongly biased towards Italian dishes, the brigade is led by a British chef, keen on authenticity and they deliver a wide-ranging menu that is popularly received. This part of regenerated London has a modern, thriving community with much competition to keep them on their toes, and the al fresco area is constantly booked out. Some Italian experience would be preferred but a basic knowledge and keen attitude could be considered.
