Renowned private venue with a large list of members, they have two main restaurant outlets plus busy function facilities and seek a strong Sous Chef with experience of banqueting as well as restaurant services. Classical background is preferred and as part of a team of four the work is based on a Mon-Fri 8-4 rota with weekends and evenings paid at overtime where required, if time off in lieu is not appropriate.
