Under new ownership by a family with strong catering lineage, the Head Chef has been recruited from one of the finest restaurants in the area and they seek an experienced Sous to assist in a brigade of 5+ Everything is fresh and well-sourced, offering a main menu with subtle changes every three weeks, a two- or three-course TDH, plus daily specials and bar meals.
