This new, unused space has been transformed into a 100-cvr restaurant which will serve classic French brasserie-style food from a brand new, well-equipped kitchen. The rooftop setting is a key feature and with the great location, close to Covent Garden and Theatreland, will provide a kick-start wow factor to help build the dining experience. The kitchen brigade will be 8-9 and operate a 45/50-hour week, 5 days out of 7. Sous salary on offer c £29K
