Very flexible regarding other shifts but the weekends are essential for this busy themed venue on a main road. Popular for televised sport and live gigs, the food offering is predominantly grill-based with competent home cooking required for the Sunday roast trade which has a big reputation to maintain. Working as part of a team of 4 at weekends but fewer during the week. Hourly paid, very neg according to experience but will be a good rate for the right person.
