Pastry Chef and Demi-chef – large brasserie – W London
This new restaurant opened in a recent conversion to great acclaim and is the latest venture from a team of seasoned restaurateurs with a wealth of experience between them. Operating as a breakfast, lunch & dinner brasserie, the Anglo-French menus will include fix-priced and Sunday lunch ones plus casual bar plates and light bites. The brigade of 15-18 have a brand new kitchen to work in so conditions are excellent, as are the salaries.
