Opening on two floors, with a bar and 60-cvr restaurant on the ground floor plus lounge and further 30-cvrs upstairs, plans are in place for a further 20-cvr outside are and 2nd floor private dining. As part of a brigade of 13 + KPs working 6 shifts/5 days, 48 hour-week and salary of £32K-£34K
