Head Chef – Production Kitchen – City of London – to £45K
An experienced Head Chef capable of organising up to 500 meals a day for this delivery company based in brand new kitchens being built in the City next month. Able to recreate similar dishes to the variety of establishments their client base enjoys, an eclectic CV plus some volume background would prove a useful mix. Flexible hours to suit the right candidate is a huge bonus for someone preferring Mon-Fri 8-3 or alternatively working Sundays on prep plus 4-5 hours/day during the week, conditional on the output reaching the target turnovers. Salary range £40K-£45K
