Recently-opened and already highly-praised for some stand-out dishes, this small restaurant is surprisingly roomy and has a rear courtyard converted for al fresco dining. The chef is from a well-known background and the team of 5-6 work from an open-plan kitchen where they produce their own breads, cheeses, etc. Closed on Mondays, they work 5 out of the other 6 days, usually 2 doubles and 3 evenings. Salaries neg depending on experience, but will be competitive
